Okay, imagine the biggest, fattiest, longest chorizo sauage you can. Got it? Well, I had TWO of those last night for dinner. (Well, I attempted to finish them, anyway).
I went out to dinner with my roommate Uli and his two German friends, Dennis and Felix, to a parilla, a restaurant that grills up the biggest slabs of meat you can imagine. I'm talking like three-to-four person-portions on one plate. It was my first real taste of a genuine Argentine meal. There was nothing else on the menu but meat, beer and wine. Delicious, but oh so stuffing. I think I'll hold off on any more meat for, oh I don't know, three years.
