I'm so bad at coming up with clever titles for every post, so this one is just going to say this

The past few days have been full of eating a lot of empanadas and drinking wine, stressing out about what classes to take, attending a party that later got shut down by the cops (what? I thought that only happened in America), and just hanging out with amigos nuevos. (I'm trying to load pictures but there's something mysterious about why this website/my computer has the tendency to practically shut down everytime I try).

I woke up yesterday morning to the sound of an Australian accent outside my window. What the...?? Turns out it was G.T., the dude I met in Buenos Aires. He's in Cordoba for a few days to visit! Yay!

Classes start tomorrow so I'm trying to get all the last minutes of freedom in...I haven't been in classes since early December!! This has been a long break from school and I'm kinda nervous about jumping into it again...especially when the classes are Spanish!

So far I think my classes will be--Spanish, Latin American Literature, Intro. to Political Science and International Relationships, Cultural Anthropology. The first two are taught within the study abroad program and count towards my USF credit. With the other two classes, I'll be directly enrolled with estudiantes argentinos and, since they will only be electives at USF, I won't stress so much over them. Also, they just sound really neat and are subjects I've wanted to take at USF but haven't had the time.

Es todo. Chao!
