Ule, Sergio and I decided to host an asado on our terrace last night. Asados, barbeques, are extremely common and popular in Argentine culture. This was my first real asado and our first real party at our apartment. It was great!
We invited a whole bunch of students and friends over. Sergio, my roommate from Peru, was our resident asador. We got so much meat...I'm not even sure what kinds...some really good chorizo sausage and other stuff. (I'm so unknowledgable about meats, all I know is that I like to eat it. Yum.)
