when two worlds collide

It has been excellent having my parents in Cordoba! I'm so glad they made it down here.

Thanks to them, I have seen a lot more of the city than I have before; museums, restaurants, historical and interesting sights...I've gotten so comfortable and used to life here, so it's been great to hear what they have to say about the city and see it from their eyes.

Wednesday night was the best. I hosted an asado so my parents could taste true Argentine meat as well as meet and greet my friends from all over the world. Does it even need to be said? Everyone LOVED Mom and Dad, and Mom and Dad LOVED all the youngsters. I swear, everyone is always just drawn to my parents. It was a really fun night where my two worlds came together, and I don't think I'll forget in a while.
